• Enrolment information needed to deliver training (role, team size, region).

Why we collect it

• To respond to enquiries and proposals you've requested.
• To deliver and administer the training programs you've signed up for.
• To meet our legal obligations (B-BBEE reporting, SETA records, tax records).

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Training records are kept for as long as required by SETA and tax legislation.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email delivery, accounting) and where required by law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to certain uses. Email info@apexlearning.co.za and we'll respond within 30 days.
